If you have the AL-KO Energy Flex mult-itool MT 40, you can easily transform the power unit with the AL-KO Energy Flex BCA 4030 attachment into a small, handy and lightweight cordless grass trimmer or brushcutter. Thanks to the tool-free quick-change system, the attachment can be attached in no time. The change from the line head to precise trimming on the edge of the lawn, in corners, around trees etc. to the robust metal knife for mowing dense meadows and grass is also possible without any tools. With the light, low-vibration attachment, you can trim and mow precisely like a real brushcutter. Thanks to the battery operation of the basic device, you have a high degree of freedom of movement without having to worry about the cable routing. It is used quietly, emission-free and easy to maintain - and can take place independently of fixed rest periods. When dismantled, both the MT 40 base unit and the BCA 4030 attachment can be transported and stored in a very space-saving manner.
Absolutely versatile thanks to the exchangeable cutting head: The 23 cm long metal blade allows you to get through easily even with dense grass and roots. But it is replaced in no time by the gentle line head with a cutting width of up to 30 cm. You can set the optimal thread length with the automatic feed while mowing by simply tapping the ground with the trimmer head. The AL-KO Energy Flex BCA 4030 brush cutter attachment has a total weight of 4.2 kg, including the base unit and battery, and is very easy to use.
